Ticlopidine A platelet aggregation inhibitor used in the prevention of conditions associated with thrombi, such as stroke and transient ischemic attacks (TIA). Theophylline A xanthine used to manage the symptoms of asthma, COPD, and other lung conditions caused by reversible airflow obstruction. Clopidogrel An antiplatelet agent used to prevent blood clots in peripheral vascular disease, coronary artery disease, and cerebrovascular disease. Ticagrelor A P2Y12 platelet inhibitor used in patients with a history of myocardial infarction or with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) to prevent future myocardial infarction, stroke and cardiovascular death.
