VB10.16 is a novel therapeutic antigen-presenting cell-targeting DNA vaccine developed to treat HPV16-positive cancers. It is composed of three parts, one encodes the E6/E7 fusion protein of human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 (HPV16), a dimerization entity, and the part encoding a protein that specifically binds to antigen-presenting cells (APCs).1
