Drug Drug Description Raltitrexed A folate analog thymidylate synthase inhibitor used in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Pemetrexed A folate analog used to treat mesothelioma and non-small cell lung cancer. Pralatrexate An antineoplastic agent used for the treatment of relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
